World Ballet Day

28 Sep 2018

World Ballet Day
THE RAD WILL BE TAKING PART FOR THE FIRST TIME IN WORLD BALLET DAY - TUESDAY 2 OCTOBER 2018

A celebration of dance, World Ballet Day is an opportunity for audiences to see what it takes to be one of the world’s top companies, providing viewers around the world an inside look at the athleticism and dedication required for a life in ballet.

The Royal Ballet, The Australian Ballet, and The Bolshoi Ballet are partnering and inviting companies from all over the world to go LIVE on Facebook and answering the call, the RAD will be live streaming from our London headquarters. From 2.30pm – 3.00pm BST on 2 October, you'll be able to get a glimpse behind the studio doors courtesy of our host Shevelle Dynott, Dancer with English National Ballet, and 2004 Genée bronze medallist.

#WORLDBALLETDAY

Show us where you dance, share it and be part of World Ballet Day. Upload your video or boomerang to Instagram or Twitter and use #worldballetday to be featured.
